Card Information Accuracy

Scoring and Recommendations

The ChurnrScore and card recommendations are generated by an algorithmic engine based on the spending profile you provide and publicly available card attributes. Results are estimates and may not reflect your actual rewards earnings due to:

• Changes in card terms, earn rates, or program valuations after our last data update.
• Spending patterns that differ from the estimates you provided.
• Merchant category code (MCC) variations that affect how transactions are classified.
• Cap limits, bonus period expirations, or welcome bonus qualification requirements.
• Provincial availability restrictions on certain card products.

Affiliate Disclosure

Churnr may earn referral commissions when you apply for credit cards through affiliate links on our platform. These relationships do not influence our scoring algorithm, card rankings, or recommendations. Our engine evaluates cards based on objective criteria including earn rates, fees, benefits, and your spending profile.

Cards with affiliate links are not given preferential ranking. Cards without affiliate relationships are still included and recommended when they are the best fit for your profile.

Point Valuations

Point and mile valuations used in our calculations (cents per point) are estimates based on typical redemption patterns. Actual redemption value varies depending on how and when you redeem. Premium redemptions (e.g., business class flights) may exceed our estimates, while merchandise or gift card redemptions may fall below.

Credit Impact

Applying for credit cards involves hard credit inquiries that may temporarily affect your credit score. Churnr does not perform credit checks and does not have access to your credit report. Consider your credit situation before applying for new cards.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee approval for any credit card product. Card approval is at the sole discretion of the issuing financial institution based on their underwriting criteria. Meeting minimum eligibility thresholds displayed on Churnr does not ensure approval.
